Finding a price is easy. The hard part is knowing which hotel suits this particular trip — and not finding out it was the wrong one on arrival. TURISTO starts from the occasion and the people travelling, and answers for the result rather than for passing a request on.
It works with travellers anywhere in Kazakhstan, not only Astana and Almaty, and keeps contact personal: the first message goes to WhatsApp, and the same consultant stays on it until the trip is over.

A conversation first, then options
Who is travelling, for what occasion, and what they definitely do not want. An anniversary and a family holiday to the same place are planned differently — from those answers, not from search filters.
A selection, not a listing
The traveller gets two or three options with an explanation of how they differ and why these ones — not a list of a hundred hotels. Turning an option down is a normal part of the work.
Booked when the traveller is sure
Flights, hotel, transfers and the details on the ground are handled by the consultant. Doubts are settled before payment, not after.
One person until the trip is over
The same consultant answers during the selection, when a flight is moved and when something goes wrong on the spot — not a department, not a support chat, not a new manager each time.
