We started as the regional partner for global XR and simulation vendors — that distribution engine still generates cashflow, still opens doors, and still teaches us where the pain lives. Every own product we ship (VARGATES, VARGATES Medical, Lonevi, AcademiX3D) was scoped against a real customer conversation the distribution team was already having.
As own IP matures, it feeds the same channel back — bundled licences, recurring revenue, and margins that a pure reseller can never touch. The next horizon is capital-efficient: leverage the group’s customer base and delivery team to launch the next generation of AI-native platforms without rebuilding go-to-market from scratch.
