- Where the training record is kept: Kazakhstan's September amendment to the personal data rulesAn order signed on 17 September 2026 restates that personal data in Kazakhstan is stored in-country — by the owner and/or the operator, and also by a third party — and makes cross-border transfer conditional on consent, outside the exceptions in the law. A training platform holds exactly that kind of data.
- 1,273 citations for training: OSHA's preliminary Top 10 and the training recordOSHA's preliminary list of its most cited standards for 1 October 2025 to 31 August 2026 puts Fall Protection – Training Requirements eighth, with 1,273 violations. Three of the standards on the list require the employer to certify training. What such a record has to contain, why it goes missing at the site, and what a corporate learning platform can and cannot do about it.
