Terms of Use  

Last updated January 24, 2025   Before using the program, please read the terms of the following license agreement. Any use of the program by you constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of its terms. If you do not fully accept the terms of use, you may not use the program for any purpose.    Definitions    "Program" — the MECHANICUM application, which offers unique opportunities for learning and interaction, creating an engaging and educational experience for users.    "Rights Holder" — a legal entity that owns the exclusive rights to the Program under the relevant license agreement.    "User" — any person using the Program.    "Licensor" — a person acting on behalf of the Rights Holder.  
  1. General Provisions  
1.1. This License Agreement ("License") sets forth the terms of use of the Program and is concluded between the User and the Licensor.   1.2. By installing the Program on a mobile device or using the Program in any way, the User expressly and unconditionally agrees to all the terms and conditions of the License.   1.3. Use of the Program is allowed only under the terms of this License. If the User does not fully accept the terms of the License, they are not entitled to use the Program.   1.4. Use of the Program under the terms of this License is subject to payment based on the rates set by the Licensor. Use in ways not provided for is only possible under a separate agreement with the Licensor.    
  1. Program Rights  
2.1. Exclusive rights to the Program belong to the Rights Holder.   2.2. A nonexclusive right to use the Program is provided through individual electronic activation keys.   2.3. Using unauthorized activation keys is prohibited.    
  1. License  
3.1. The Licensor grants a nontransferable right to use the Program under a simple license:    3.1.1. Installation and use of the Program on the User's devices.    
  1. Restrictions  
4.1. The User may not modify or decompile the code without the Licensor's permission.   4.2. Redistribution of the Program without the Licensor's consent is prohibited.   4.3. The Program must be used under the name provided by the Licensor.    
  1. Conditions for Using Specific Features  
5.1. The User agrees that an Internet connection is required for the Program to operate.   5.2. Technical data may be automatically transmitted to the Licensor.   5.3. The User may stop transmitting data by ceasing to use the Program.    
  1. Limitation of Liability  
6.1. The Program is provided "as is" without additional guarantees.   6.2. The Licensor is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.   6.3. Access to the Program may be restricted if the License terms are violated.    
  1. Updates
7.1. The Program may automatically download updates.   7.2. Installing updates constitutes acceptance of the License terms.   7.3. The Program may include third party components.    
  1. Changes to Terms  
8.1. The Licensor reserves the right to amend the terms of the License by publishing updates.    
  1. Privacy
9.1. The use of the Program is governed by the MECHANICUM Privacy Policy.    
  1. Termination
10.1. The License remains in effect until terminated by either party.   10.2. The User may terminate the License by uninstalling the Program.
