This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) governs the use of the ‘VARGATES’ service (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’) provided by ‘DreamLight’ LLP. The Service provides recommendations and consultations based on artificial intelligence algorithms but does not serve as a medical institution and does not replace professional medical advice.
User – an individual or legal entity using the Service.
Service – software and other technological solutions provided by ‘DreamLight’ LLP, designed to analyze data received from the user and provide recommendations.
Company – ‘DreamLight’ LLP, a legal entity providing the Service.
Authors – individuals or groups involved in the development, creation, support, and updating of the Service.
3.1. The User agrees to provide accurate data during registration. 3.2. The Company reserves the right to deny access to the Service in case of violation of this Agreement. 3.3. Access to the Service is provided only to individuals who are 18 years old or older.
User Rights:
4.1. Use the Service in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. 4.2. Receive recommendations and reports based on uploaded data.
User Obligations:
4.3. Provide only accurate and up-to-date medical data. 4.4. Not use the Service for purposes contrary to the law. 4.5. Not take actions aimed at disrupting the Service’s operation or gaining unauthorized access to its functionality. 4.6. Not make claims against the Authors regarding the use of the Service.
Company Rights:
4.7. Suspend access to the Service in case of violation of the Agreement’s terms. 4.8. Update the functionality of the Service and change the terms of service provision. 4.9. Use anonymized User data to improve the Service’s quality.
Company Obligations:
4.10. Ensure the Service’s operation and availability to Users. 4.11. Guarantee the confidentiality of User data.
Author Rights and Obligations:
4.12. Authors retain intellectual property rights related to the Service. 4.13. Authors are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. 4.14. The Authors do not have access to Users’ personal data without proper authorization and do not violate established security procedures.
5.1. The Service provides recommendations based on data entered by the User but does not guarantee their accuracy and completeness. 5.2. All decisions made based on the Service’s recommendations remain at the User’s discretion, and neither the Company nor the Authors bear responsibility for any damages caused by the use of the Service. 5.3. The Service does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor. The User agrees to consult with a medical specialist before making decisions based on the Service’s recommendations. 5.4. Under no circumstances will the Company or the Authors be liable to the User or third parties for any indirect, incidental, or unintended damages, including lost profits or data loss.
6.1. All personal data provided by the User is processed in accordance with the law ‘On Personal Data and Their Protection.’ 6.2. The Company is committed to taking all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access. 6.3. The Authors do not have access to Users’ personal data outside of established security procedures.
