We are pleased to introduce an update to our solutions that includes many improvements aimed at convenience, functionality and performance.
From 1 January 2025, our products are moving to an updated licensing system, which introduces the concept of ‘Technical Support’. During the Technical Support period, users will be able to receive updates to the platform, available scripts and modules, as well as access to expert assistance.
At the end of the technical support period, updates are no longer provided and the platform continues to run in its current version without changes. If necessary, you can extend technical support for another year by contacting your distributor.
Important:
Two months before the end of technical support, the application will notify you to download the current cases.
One month before the end, the system will additionally remind you to download current scenarios and modules.

Support timeframe information: always at your fingertips in the Activation Centre, so you know until when updates and help are available.
Settings update: hides options that are no longer used.
Text pronunciation animation: even if there is no voiceover, the visualisation helps you understand the text better.
Alternative servers at startup: if the main server is unavailable, you can choose another one.
Background darkening for modal windows: improved focus on the main window.
Automatically switch off inspection mode: it will switch off when you start research or start a conversation.
Virtual Patients module: added ‘No Treatment’ mode for easy simulations.
Pathology3D module: bug with enlargement of histological and macro images has been fixed.
Fixed an error when changing servers during the application launch.
Other minor bugs have also been fixed.
Loading: added location during the main app launch.
