Lonevi Health Map
Co-developing and scaling a regional health platform — under the partner's brand or a co-brand
Let's build a regional health business on Lonevi — together.
We propose to jointly develop and validate a regional health business on Lonevi: under the partner's brand or a co-brand, with selected clinical organisations and an agreed revenue model. It takes joint work on development, localisation, clinical set-up and commercialisation.
What the partner can earn
Revenue hypotheses to validate together, not a forecast. The first pilot tests one payer and one revenue source.
Recurring platform revenue
Clinical organisations pay a recurring fee for the platform and its support.
Paid follow-up programmes
Agreed patient follow-up programmes, serviced and paid as a service.
A new service for clinics
Something new to offer the clinical organisations in the partner's network.
Family subscription
Only if the pilot confirms that families are willing to pay.
Margin on permitted products
Products and services allowed by local rules — only if the pilot confirms demand.
A stake in the regional business
From a licence or co-development to a possible joint venture, based on results.
Between visits, the picture falls apart
Records scattered for years
Lab results, measurements and discharge notes sit in different clinics, apps and folders.
Measurements rarely reach the doctor
Readings taken at home between visits seldom arrive in a form the doctor can use.
An agreed plan has no follow-through
After the visit there is little to show whether the plan was carried out and how the complaint is changing.
Between-visit follow-up of cardiometabolic patients
A proposed starting point: one scenario, one cohort, one organisation.
Cohort
Adults followed for high blood pressure, diabetes or raised lipids.
Setting
One clinic in one emirate, with a named clinical lead.
The loop
The doctor agrees a plan; the patient re-measures and uploads results; the doctor sees the trend at the next visit.
To agree together
The emirate, the clinic, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and what the clinic loses today without this loop.
The personal health record, on the patient's phone
History and trends by date
Lab results and notes laid out by date; each marker shows whether it is going up, down or holding steady.
The agreed plan, step by step
“What to do now” tracks a complaint's dynamics and completion of the agreed plan.
Family profiles
A separate profile for each person; access rules for adults and children are agreed before launch.
Patient data between visits, at the doctor's desk
Patient-kept record
Patients upload their labs and notes; each marker is laid out by date.
Time-limited access
The doctor sees the record through a link the patient opens, for a limited time.
Clinic connection
Interface available; not yet validated in a clinic.
The doctor decides
Diagnosis and treatment stay with the licensed doctor.
Evidence, traced to its source
A world code on every card
Publications, trials, drugs and diseases anchored to PMID or DOI, NCT, INN and ATC, ICD.
Two separate scales
How strong the evidence is, and how close it is to humans.
Independent of any portfolio
Sponsorship never changes how evidence is graded or ranked.
Records go in as they are
A file or a photo
PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF or TXT: lab results, conclusions, scans.
Notes and events too
Free-form notes, measurements, complaints and diary entries.
One timeline
Everything lands in one journal, filtered by labs, vitals, complaints or documents.
Values become trends
Read from the document
Lab values are extracted into metrics, with units and dates.
One chart per marker
Every measurement over time, and who took it.
Gaps are flagged
A missing study date is marked for the user to fix.
The agreed plan, one step at a time
A reason and a due date
Each step says why it matters and by when.
Done, then how it went
The user marks a step done and reports: improved, unchanged or got worse.
History is kept
When the plan is updated, earlier steps stay visible.
The doctor opens the card, no sign-up
A QR code and a link
The patient shows a QR code to the doctor.
Valid for a limited time
The link expires; the patient sees when.
What changed, marked
Each change is marked “worth attention” or “no action needed”.
From records to a plan, and back to the doctor
The doctor stays in the loop at every step
Collect
The patient gathers records; Lonevi structures the history and shows what has changed.
Decide
The doctor interprets the data, makes the diagnosis and agrees a plan with the patient.
Follow through
The patient follows the plan; repeat measurements show the dynamics at the next visit.
An honest picture of where Lonevi stands
What a partner can rely on today — and what is still ahead
Who pays in the pilot
Option A · a clinical organisation
Pays a platform fee and an agreed service fee for its patient cohort.
Option B · the partner
Funds the pilot as an investment in building the regional business.
Later revenue lines to test
Patient follow-up programmes, a family subscription, margin on permitted products — each only if the pilot confirms it.
One payer, one revenue line
Localisation and implementation are scoped and priced separately from the pilot.
What each side brings
The platform
The live Lonevi platform and its underlying technology.
Development and localisation
Product development, local version, security and product support.
Clinical content quality
Sources, evidence grading and the doctor-in-the-loop design.
Local leadership
A sponsor, local management and the commercial work in the region.
Clinical organisations
Helps select and engage organisations from its relationship network; each one's participation, patient access and integrations are agreed separately.
Agreed resources
To decide together: funding, co-funding, a team or access — and in what proportion.
Start small, earn the right to scale
Each stage is a separate decision, taken on results
Discovery and pilot contract
Paid joint discovery and a limited pilot under one agreement, with exit rules if hypotheses fail.
Licence or co-development
A licence for the region, or joint development of the local version.
Possible joint venture
Considered once results are in; valuation and shares discussed on facts.
To be confirmed before the pilot
One emirate first
DoH or DHA requirements are checked for the chosen emirate, institution and scenario.
No universal regime
We do not promise one launch mode for the whole UAE, let alone the GCC.
Security reviewed
Data flows, contractors and security are reviewed with the partner before launch.
Honest about gaps
These items are open today and are closed before the pilot starts.
Recommendations independent of any portfolio
Clinical recommendations are independent of any commercial portfolio. After a licensed doctor's decision, the patient may fulfil it through available channels, including the partner's, with disclosure and freedom of choice.
Off-portfolio options stay in
Products outside the partner's portfolio are never excluded from a clinically justified choice.
Sponsorship changes nothing
Sponsorship never changes the evidence grading or the ranking of recommendations.
No commercial sign-off
The commercial side does not approve clinical conclusions.
Fees not tied to prescribing
Platform fees are not tied to prescribing a specific drug.
A limited pilot, designed together
Scope
One organisation or a small set of sites, a defined cohort and a named clinical lead.
Full path
Connection → data upload → use by the doctor → plan completion → repeat measurement.
Size and duration
Cohort size, duration and resources agreed with a justification, before the start.
Baseline and comparison
Starting values and the comparison method fixed in advance.
How we decide on the results
Usage
Activation, record completeness, repeat use by patients and doctors.
Process
Completion of agreed actions and the workload on clinic staff.
Economics
Cost to serve and willingness to pay.
Safety
Recommendation errors, access problems and incidents.
Clinical outcomes
Only where the evaluation design supports them.
Thresholds
Metric definitions, success thresholds and stop conditions agreed before the start.
Three phases, each with its own decision
Scope, budget, checkpoints and acceptance criteria of each phase are agreed before it starts
Paid joint discovery
Confirm the buyer, the scenario, the development scope and the launch conditions.
Limited pilot
Prepare the local version, run the pilot and evaluate the results together.
Decision on scale
Decide on commercial expansion, investment and the partnership structure.
Why build this with us
To compare together: the current process, clinic portals and local platforms, against the needs of the chosen scenario.
A live technology base
A working product to start from, not a specification.
An existing working relationship
We already run a joint project together.
Built doctor-in-the-loop
Sources, evidence grading and clinical independence are part of the design.
Ready to localise and co-brand
Three interface languages today; built to run under a partner's brand.
Three decisions to start
We do not ask for a commitment to scale — only for what lets us prepare a paid pilot together.
Sponsor and leads
Name a sponsor and the clinical, commercial and technical leads on the partner side.
First scenario
Agree the first scenario, the emirate and the clinical organisation to approach.
Pilot preparation
Agree the scope of the paid pilot preparation.
